The President’s Message

Once again, time has seemed to fly by.  I can't believe it's the beginning of July already.  The CORE Council has been hard at work this month, working through this transition period in our Spiritual Center's history.  We have several great guest speakers lined up for the month of July, so I encourage everyone reading this locally to come down and support these special guests.  July 6th will be especially good, from what I hear.

This summer will be highlighted by our annual summer practitioner workshop series.  By the time this hits the press Kim St. Germain will already have presented her workshop and I'm knowing it will have been a great success – a reflection of Kim's consciousness and dedication.  Practitioners Sherry Cole and Krysstine Hislop also have workshops the end of July and August.

Along with many of the other changes going on in our Spiritual Center, several members have made changes and moved forward with their lives, geographically speaking.  We send our love and blessings to En, Brad, and Angelina, who are sharing their love with the people of beautiful Costa Rica.  Practitioner and our most recent Core Council treasurer, and maybe more importantly, my Mom, Kathy Anthony has moved up to Minnesota to spread her light and consciousness.  Kathy has given so much of her life and love to our Spiritual Center over the past seven years and the work she did will have a presence with us always. 

The Core Council is working on ideas and concepts to help raise the abundance consciousness in our community.  These ideas will not only benefit the Spiritual Center's budget, but will start with impacting the lives of those practicing the abundant flow in their own lives. 

In "big picture" news – United Centers of Spiritual Living, of which we are a member church, is in the final stages of their relocation to Colorado.  Please hold the highest and best for our home office, knowing that just as Spiritual Center is going through changes with ease and grace, so are they.

And I'd like to remind those of you dealing with the sadness of the Laker's losing in the finals, practitioners are always available for prayer.  Remember time heals all wounds.
